Jaskirat Cheema is a physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy, providing care for both male and female clients. She also has experience treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions.
She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Physical Therapy. Jaskirat has completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 pelvic floor physiotherapy training through Pelvic Health Solutions, as well as up to Level 2 of advanced orthopaedic training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is also trained in acupuncture and incorporates it into treatment when appropriate.
Jaskirat utilizes patient education, manual therapy, and individualized exercise programs to help her patients achieve their goals. She strives to empower her patients to improve their function and achieve optimal and lasting outcomes.

With years of experience as a former figure skating competitor, she was surrounded by sport-related injuries and this inspired her to pursue active rehabilitation and injury prevention.
